However, the customer has the right to exchange the product in only one case, which is the presence of a clear defect or damage in the product caused by the store. Conditions for exchange: • The defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. • Reporting is done by contacting us via WhatsApp number or email, with clear photos showing the defect. • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not washed or altered. • The store bears the shipping costs if a defect is proven on our part. • The exchange request will be responded to within a maximum of 3 working days.
